The T.F. Green Airport Seekonk is the county's primary airport and home to the T.F. Green International Airport Authority, which is responsible for its operations and management. The airport covers an area of 1,401 acres (555 ha) and has a total runway length of 5,502 feet (1,676 m). It is located in the town of Seekonk, Massachusetts, about 25 miles (40 km) southeast of downtown Boston.

In 2006 the airport underwent an $11 million renovation that included new concrete runway surface markings; installation of new lighting; replacement of all asphalt Runway 18-36 with concrete; addition of taxiway A to support larger aircraft; and construction of a new control tower and terminal building adjacent to Runway 18-36.
